Are you insured?
Yes we have Public Liability insurance.
What are your payment methods?
We accept cash and have eftpos facilities available.
Is a booking deposit required?
A deposit of $50 is required which will be forfeited if you cancel the hire. This deposit is redeemable if you rebook within 90 days.
What space is required?
Add an extra 1m for all sides to provide adequate clearance. (eg. 4m x 4m Jumping Castle will require 5m x 5m)
What surfaces can your castles be used on?
Must be flat level concrete or grass. No sharp rocks, sticks or debris.
What are the age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions as long as you play in a non dangerous manner and that children are properly supervised by an adult. There is however a weight limit on the Jumping Castles.
Small – 300kg
Medium – 400kg
Large – 500kg
When should I book?
Be as early as possible with your booking as the popular themes will be taken. This ensures you get first choice.
What are your delivery and pick up times?
We pick up and deliver between 8am – 11pm.
Can I get a refund if there’s bad weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, and hail storms?
Refund will be issued if cancellation is made before we setup. Once we setup, there’ll be no refunds.
